YouTube Marketing by Professional Service Providers

YouTube is now the 2d most popular search engine on the Net, coming in just behind Google by processing roughly 3 billion searches a month.

This fact has not gone unnoticed by marketers, even marketers of legal services and related professional services, who are now posting videos on YouTube that draw significant numbers of hits from searchers interested in learning more about a wide range of law-related topics, such as:

  1. Insider trading;
  2. How to get a patent;
  3. How to get a divorce;
  4. Estate planning;
  5. Your rights when pulled over for DUI.

I have noticed many more postings by small law firms than large ones, and far more by accounting firms, financial services firmsĀ and other competitors of law firms. This form of video content marketing is growing along with the popularity of the YouTube search engine.
