LMA National Conference a Hit

According to bloggers, the recent LMA national conference in Florida was a big success.

Fittingly, the keynote address was delivered by a representative from the Disney Institute. According to legal marketing expert, Nancy Myrland, the keynote offered some great advice about:

  • the Power of Story;
  • the importance of communicating your cultural values;
  • the Disney formula for success; and
  • the Disney way of constantly improving the service experience of guests (they prefer the moniker  “guest” to that of “customer”).
