What Are Clients Buying?

Are clients really demanding and getting alternative fee agreements? What kinds of demands are they making about staffing on large projects? What kinds of value-based billing are they seeking? And just how much are they spending? and on what?

For law firm marketing pros, the answers to these questions are as valuable as gold; and now they will be publicly available through American Lawyer Media, which is surveying both in-house and outside counsel and publishing the results.

Results of the surveys are expected to be published in November, and should provide legal marketers with plenty of fodder for strategy and planning in 2011.
